Caretaker/Groundsman

We are looking for a reliable caretaker and groundsman to manage and protect our property, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the lands/buildings are in good condition at all times.

• Monitor and secure property/land daily 
• Prevent trespassing and illegal use 
• Report any suspicious activity immediately 
• Open and close premises 
• Clear grass, bushes and surrounding regularly 
• Maintain clean compound and access road 
• Ensure drainanage are are not blocked 

Additional requirements discussed during interview.
