Farmers

Imeco Farms is seeking dedicated and hardworking farmers to partner in the cultivation and supply of agricultural produce, particularly palm fruits. Farmers will play a key role in supporting the company's mission to produce high- quality, sustainable agricultural products for local and international markets. 

Key Responsibilites 

• Cultivate and maintain palm plantations or assigned farmland
• Harvest palm fruits at the right maturity stage 
• Ensure proper handling and storage of produce 
• Meet agreed supply targets and delivery timelines 
• Follow best farming practices and safety standards 
• Work closely with Imeco Farms for training and support
